That they don't care or need the shareholders vote is a good assesment.

Re a good old fashion CC - we sure do. The company's open statement to me is very key. Fingers crossed we have one very soon.

So after the proxy we will be getting informed as that is the hold up? Sure hope so. Time will tell and frankly it's been too much time already.
