You are absolutely correct, and I do not think they will be able to tell us anything along this line since they did not include that in the original proxy. It is too late now, unless the SEC had some comments that need to be addressed, but the company so far has decided to NOT address our concerns over this number of AS increase and consider changing that proxy. As I understand it, if the SEC had no issues by Friday, they could go ahead and mail the proxy out next week. Once it is mailed, that is the proxy us shareholders are left with. We have to decide either yes to 400MM additional AS or no, and we cannot get them to change it in any way unless we just vote no and wait for a proxy next year, if there is a company next year. I hate being put in this position, either agree with us or we all go down - says quite a bit. I would have been happy to see them give just a bit more, but they have dealt their cards and they're not about to reshuffle the deck, apparently. Whether they have some blind faith that they can convince the shareholders, or our votes really just do not matter, and they know they already have it in the bag anyway, it is on tothe voting stage. All I can figure is that they have behaved as there is no reason to concern themselves with us shareholders that would vote no, so they must have the votes in the bag somehow, and it doesn't matter what our vote is.
