stcktrader13, The Company has not filed the Paperwork yet to reduce the A/S yet, but the Bigger and MOST IMPORTANT FACT IS THAT THEY HAVE NOT ISSUED ANY NEW SHARES ON THE A/S, I BELIEVE OUR O/S IS EITHER 94 MIL OR 104 MIL I'm not sure which is right.
