I DID NOT say weather the company had released anymore shares or not. With the T/As supposedly self imposed gag, I nor anyone else has any way of FACTUALLY finding out.
You are correct in the fact that the company issued a PR that stated that they would be filing a recinding order on the A/S.
NOW, unfortunatly the company hasen't filed that or much of anything else so far. Untill it is filed with the SEC we have a ONE BILLION A/S and that is FACT. There is no way to state it differently, warm fuzzy PRs don't make it so.
Now you and I seem to have lately been in a "pissing" match here on the board for some reason. I don't know why, and maybe I am taking it all wrong. But I feel that I am only a push of a button away from being banned. If that is the case and your policy is to ban anyone that doesn't buy into the "warm fuzzy feeling" of the company, or anyone that questions their investment, then tell me now. If so I will save you the trouble.
