Hurley,

The filing to raise the A/S was a legale document filed with the SEC. The PP does not recind the filing legally. There has been NO filing to legally reduce the A/S, so therefore the LEGALE A/S is still 1 billion.

The above is fact. Not a feelgood wannabe.
