My thoughts on this are that as long as our changes improve both ROCAR and Total Return, then they're good changes. However, when we see only Total Return rise and ROCAR flatten out, then we're just plain extending risk for the extra return.

So, it's justified in this case to consider the "aggressive" setup. Now, the time frame from 2004 to 2006 hasn't exactly shown us huge buying opportunities, however. So, if that same stock had been tested from Oct, 2000 to Oct 2002, the more conservative approaches might have done better because of the buying power kept in reserve.
