As I understand, we only have to produce an audit that goes back 3 years in order to uplist. So if the audit includes this year, we would only need to add 2016 and 2017. It might be easier to audit these years than 2015 when we didn't own Snakes, and it is also harder to provide documentation going back to 2015, meaning just locating paper records from that long ago can be difficult.
