The audit work is already completed... that's not the issue. It's the audit reports! We have three years of US GAAP reports for the SEC as well as three more reports to be formatted correctly for IFRS to file in Canada.

That's 6 reports. 3 for US GAAP and 3 for IFRS.

It's a requirement to keep Financial Records for tax purposes. If AMFE doesn't have the proper accounting practices there will be no signed off on Audit and no Uplisting.

AMFE is in trouble as more is disclosed.
