We all want to know that. We've been waiting for a Sunday evening announcement, or Friday after hours or ANYTHING for months now. We were assured it's complete and just needs a few tweaks last winter.
I would bet money at this point that we see the PPS at its 52 week low before the audit and uplist are completed. As a number of people here have posted, this is one of the dirty little games that penny stock scammers play. Not saying that AMFE is a scam, but nobody can deny that scammers do this to string investors along.
