I don't think disabling the self-braking feature built into the car qualified as "an accident".

I think it legally qualifies as gross negligence, a conscious and voluntary disregard of the need to use reasonable care, which is likely to cause foreseeable grave injury or harm to persons, property, or both. Consistent with Uber management style at the time.

We've run out of other people's Social Security taxes needed to subsidize our low income tax rates.
