Supported the growth and development of several enterprise investments, companies like: AllCell Technologies, Energy Power Systems and Dow Kokam and Corvus. Also supported fund raising additional capital to re- capitalize Dow Kokam. TC / TV moved from a minority investor to a majority owner of Dow Kokam assuming assets from Dow Chemical. Successfully raised capital to acquire Dow Chemical’s interest in Dow Kokam, company renamed XALT Energy. In November 2013 assumed the role as interim President of XALT Energy. Oversee and lead the transition. Immediately hire additional staff, doubled facility production output, improved yield and throughput. Negotiated more favorable payment terms with major customer, improving working capital position. XALT Energy completed several large purchase orders for battery cells from current and new customers.
