Sorry you don't understand the deal. The $10MM would have been exclusively controlled by the Lithium group in a newly formed Joint venture company and spent developing Nemegosenda..

The $10MM would be controlled by the JV partner, and spent accordingly.

Previous management didn't come close to spending $10MM on the Nemegosenda property. I would refer you to the Nio Star audit so you can see the real figures rather than making inaccurate 'guesses'.

Having the PPS 'skyrocket' is a good thing for shareholders BTW, while the property is being developed, improved; the only people who wouldn't want the shares to skyrocket are 'shorties'.
