What about the fact you keep leaving out about the lawsuits having to be settled prior to this Lithium deal?

That would have cost the company millions on frivolous lawsuits.

The average pps over the past 10 years it .045

That is $9.9m in dilution alone.

And how much do Scott and Currah say they are owed? Add that to $9.9m.

Even if the ALL dilution was done on the one day of the yearly low they are still over $5m + what Scott thinks he's owed.

And don't even try to pretend that the dilution was not done at the highs.

Do you even want to know the amount they ripped off if they diluted at the high?
Over $14m+ what they think are owed.

Just add up the management expenses since Scott took over and let me know the figures you get.
