Huh? The share structure has remained unchanged as the PRs state. Seems to me you are making unwarranted disparaging comments about the company without any basis. This stock has got to be the absolute best stock to get in to right now for a few reasons: 1. CEO owns 800 million personal shares. He wants the price to go up as much as us shareholders do (i don’t think you are a shareholder, but if you are then as much as you want to see it go up!) 2. The merging company has 60 million dollar gross revenues for this year. This is absolutely unheard of. Ringer in for .0003-.0004 is crazy. There is no toxic anything, and as the CEO has stated, we will be announcing debt free very soon.
