I must say that IF I were in control of a private company doing some real production I wouldn’t touch this sketchy symbol with a barge pole. This beast just churned 4bln shares on the mere whiff of a real deal that’s a disruptive Timeshare black box. Goodness gracious! Any deal trying to turn this thing around “quietly” got volume alarm call after alarm call. I speculate that unless new owners had loads of shares to dump or old owners had loads of shares to dump (neither it seems is the case) then why the heck did it trade 4 bln shares? I speculate that a bucket of borrowed common swirls in a newly highly regulated state. Like the company said, “they aren’t in a hurry” Good cooking takes time.
