According to NVSOS there is no more Neah registered, public or private, except for Neah Merger Corp.,which is not public but active until the end of 2018. There is now XNRGI, with all the same history and information as Neah, and the transition from Neah to XNRGI was posted previously.
Xnrgi is a publically traded company, as I posted earlier. XNRGI is Neah. The name change is complete with the Secretary of State of Nevada .
