Bill... There are no financials available to show that "NEAH" payed for any of the things you list or that "NEAH" was the recipient of any 'funding' from anyone?? It does 'appear' however that Neah promised to sell a pile of 'un-registered' shares to someone, in exchange for a yet undisclosed something?? No new share structure or financials have been published on the OTCMarkets web site...Stay tuned!

Since May of 2017, NEAH is a private Nevada Corporation and no longer a 'registered' US public Corporation. Shareholders will have to check with the Nevada SOS and OTCMarkets for updates...Nevada has jurisdiction over all NEAH corporate actions.
