Was that biochem, Doc...??? You should have been in my electromagnetic physics class... a weed out class for Engineering majors. I was 1 of 107 in the class. Class average going into the final was 26/100. I failed the class with an earned 56 average. The instructor did not scale a point... 7 passed with ONE "A", and 2 each B's, C's, and D's... there were 100 F's...

Imho, the vote will preceed the peer reviewed article, and all proposals will pass... again jmho... :)
