I think you might have missed something else I wrote. I think NWBO has a plan in place to announce news one way or the other before the vote and I believe funding for expansion will be taken as good and expected news after the article and some other news is released. Steady as she goes. You can't have a testimony without a test.

I still remember my college chemistry final taking me all 3 hours to complete. Had to work through 100 problems without shortcuts balancing out even multiple chemical combinations. I had to sweat that thing out more than once too because of dreaming about it. LOL. This is a piece of cake compared to that thing. Best wishes.
