Say 80,000 as they claim, do you think an 80 year old is the same as a 20 year old. An 80 yo may require 7 but a 20 yo may recover after 1 patch. Do you see how your math can be wrong. So your 80,000 * 7 all of a sudden becomes $2M per year which is nothing. And you are assuming that every single 80,000 procedure will use the patch. You should always stick to conservative numbers. 40,000 * 3 * 15. That's less than half a mil per Q. I will take anything at this point, you just need to stay realistic and conservative. Inflated numbers never got us anywhere.
