Well you could be right,but I see no filings or disclosure to back up your post.But JA does certify the last disclosure at otcmarkets.As far as auditing and accounting goes after 2 years of no filings fresh start accounting can be done with any company going forward on otcmarkets..Also I highly doubt JA would walk away from his company's holding issued almost 2 yrs ago>> June 30, 2016, the Company issued 380,000,000 million
shares for services rendered.
