The company is no longer current with NVSOS.

Just because they wrote that it is clean does not mean it is.

In fact, he could have written exactly what you have posted and then learned there was an issue.

There is a reason why nothing has been done with this shell while others have already been merged in to.

No filings since 2016. It is not current now.
