In this case, it seems that there was probably more issues than thought still in the shell.
I understand that people want to be the first on a new hot play.
But, in JA's business sometimes you got to bail.
I will keep it short. The company's (Jade Art Group) Accountant and auditor for 2009 Financials faced some issues with the auditing board in 2010. Note that JADA's financials stopped in November 2010 ....
So, why did the auditor bail and why was a new one not found?
For simplification purposes, it may just be better to forget this just as it was forgotten to renew the NVSOS licence in 2017.
Whatever the ultimate reason, it appears that JA abandoned this one in 2017.
I guess people can do what they want, but if the reason you want in is because it's a "JA play" just know that for whatever reason, it doesn't seem to be anymore.
