This is different from your other investments at this stage.

Companies are successful by the actions of the CEO, even the best technology and science can fail due to mismanagement. I feel something isn't adding up with Anavex, and sold 23k shares, half of my holdings. I would rather bet large on things I know will have a high likelihood of coming true. Anavex has a very high likelihood of failure, which is why we sit here in the sub-$3 range. Most of these investors conferences have beared no fruit for Missling. I am sure some of these VC's have information that may not be available to us as retail investors. Why haven't they taken a much larger position in Anavex. People are selling not buying. My post last night (that was deleted) pointed out all the facts. If BP or Biotech felt threatened by Anavex, a hostile take-over of the company could easily take place, probably would be cheaper than a buyout. Why hast this happened? Why hasn't large Institutions and VC's taken the risk in Anavex? This whole thing if BP feeling threatened is BS. There are several companies in the Biotech field that have very large cash positions and could easily buy Anavex or create a hostile take-over. Something isn't adding up here. As I stated, I can "smell" it.

The overall market was due for a very large correction, and I called this 4 weeks ago when I sold 75% of stocks I owned and locked in those gains. I feel comfortable with my cash position and we haven't seen this type of buying opp in awhile. The selling isn't over yet. But the time will come, and I have both barrels ready. The whole China trade war thing is fabricated by the likes of CNBC and Fox Biz. China has much more to worry about in a trade war with the US. 75% of exports leaving that country end up on US shores. Big deal, they will tax US soy-beans imports and US cars for the tune of $50 Billion. China needs our soy beans, and the Chinese don't drive US manufactured cars. We on the other hand, buy all their junk, but can have alternatives with US Manufactured goods. One thing this is all bad for is inflation. But heck, I seen this coming 2 years ago, as they cant keep the fed funds rate near zero forever...what are we on QE-4 (quantitative easing #4). This type of interest rate environment doesn't last forever. My hedge with silver and gold will pay off, I have quite the hoard of both physical metals.

Good luck, but I feel $2 is coming soon for Anavex. I hope I'm wrong as their is good people on this board I wish success for. The shorts are in control of most of the Market, and if they managed to take Anavex down during very good times, what will happen during the bad times??? Easy question to answer.
