I can say with absolute certainty, there is no basis or grounds for any lawsuit to be filed due to the time and length it has taken for the audit. Period. The Auditing firm is in control of the timing. Period. If someone sought to do so, well, that would be money not very well spent and lost. Not up to me, but if someone were to file suit, good luck.
