I'm not recalling but I think it was a year that was required. At the current price attached to USEI, I doubt it'd be worth an exorbitant legal fee to "reclaim" underlying value.

This reminds me--- is anything in life truly free?

And when we have to pay for the privilege of using something that is free, don't we have to redefine the word "free?"

Integrity is obviously at the heart of most everything we discuss when it comes to dealing with Tony's travesties. I've not seen anybody on this board speaking to his integrity. I know of nobody stating that he's been improved monetarily as a direct result of anything Tony did for him/her.

This whole nonsensical drama is no more than a bit of fiction contrived in the fantasies of one lonely, disconnected man doing whatever he can to continue the life of a parasite.

The smartest thing he could do would be to remove the restriction on the free shares---it's the only way Tony can remove the gloomy overhang investors are facing because nobody can trust Tony or USEI. And he can do it with a simple phone call to Thomas Cook! It's so ludicrous!

Those free shares have actually boxed him and his company into a corner. He has no choice but to remove the trading barrier or actually engage in a legitimate business.
