>>>....and little BIEL keeps chugging away . . . thanks to the tenacity of Andrew Whelan, as BIEL leader. Stumbles and mumbles? Yup. Learning curve on FDA regulatory processes? Yup, same as every CEO. But, this man deserves much credit for his tenacity - never seen anything like it!<<<

I have followed stocks for years and I have also never seen anything like this, Simpsonly. I have not always been a fan of A.W. with some of his past decisions, as some of my past posts will show, but one cannot argue with the fact of the IMMENSE TASK of getting a NEW product cleared by the USA FDA. Any products administered 'to' or 'in' the body MUST be extensively scrutinized and proven safe, first and foremost! Then EFFECTIVE. There should be NO DOUBT on either. That takes time and money. This is what separates drugs and medical devices from all other consumer products making the task of marketing medical products so time consuming, financially draining and frustrating. Even if you KNOW your product is beneficial, you still have to prove it to a panel of decision makers. Human element always makes for subjective decision making. Thus NOTHING is guaranteed. But the past is the past and we have cleared that shaky bridge and are very near our destination with the (revealing) two clearances. IMO one more bridge to cross, not as shaky due to those two clearances, for arriving FINALLY at our destination: USA marketing to consumers. We HAVE the products that they NEED!
