Think about this 7Up
B. Braun and BIEL submission to NHS for RecoveryRx inclusion in orthopedic kits wasn't getting traction. A long while later BIEL went the ActiPatch submission route for chronic pain, NHS conducted a trial at one of its institutions, then asstounded by a 77% efficacy factor for drug-free, side-effect free chronic pain management, they have approved ActiPatch for NHS full insurance coverage launching April 1 - only a few days away!

So, who gets my thanks for finding a way? BIEL, Andrew Whelan and his team for their relentless pursuit of what should have happened a few years ago and certainly 5 years or more ago in the U.S.

How many million American citizens would be better off today having used ActiPatch, instead of chemical drugs, for the last 5 years - 1,825 days? How many million American citizens would be better off today having used ActiPatch, instead of chemical drugs, for the last 14 months if FDA had grown some and cleared ActiPatch for back pain and general pain instead of just for Plantar Fasciitis (foot) and knee joint pain? Just think of how many dosses, tablets, capsules, you name it have been stressing livers, kidneys, you name it . . . . and little BIEL keeps chugging away . . . thanks to the tenacity of Andrew Whelan, as BIEL leader. Stumbles and mumbles? Yup. Learning curve on FDA regulatory processes? Yup, same as every CEO. But, this man deserves much credit for his tenacity - never seen anything like it!

B.Braun and BIEL submission to NHS in the UK? I am a proud shareholder of BIEL and Andrew Whelan took ActiPatch to NHS for addition to the National Healthcare Tariff and got 'er done . . . you know when? In 17 days, that's when . . .
