The A/S shares are 27M, so you are saying that 9.9% of the the A/S or around 2.7M shares are going to be dumped/diluted each month now? Am I understanding you correctly? I want to understand fully.

So basically this company, as of today, is done, financially kaput?

When do you expect the SEC to step in and suspend trading and shut down the company?
