Mike said he believed it was filed but he obviously didn’t know for sure, hence the word “believed.” The only thing he knew for sure was that the attorney asked for the filing fee (on Feb 8th or 9th). These dates make sense since the name of the new company was registered in Ontario on Feb 8th per my previous post.

My guess is Mike thought the attorneys were handling the name change and didn’t realize he needed to sign anything until the attorneys notified him a couple of weeks later.

I believe misunderstandings and misinterpretations like this by skittish penny traders are part of the reason Mike cut off direct communication with individual shareholders. It’s not worth the trouble IMO.

The company is doing exactly what it said it was going to do yet poeple still complain because it didn’t happen exactly when or exactly how it was expected by the overly emotional penny trader population. Real business takes time. Utopya Worldwide Holdings, Inc is a real business.
