The ELOC analysis makes sense. If they are using it, probably only in small lots. Still not sure if a filing is required every time they use it. Again, CEO emphasized they would not use it. So what financing do they have in place that will allow them to complete the Mexican order? If it is of any significance, wouldn't a disclosure need to be made? Right now is a good time to get a quote from the Mexican Union to say the Truck testing is moving along.

You are spot on for the timing of the fluff. All I can say right now is that if they are being silent on the Truck, it better be for a good reason. If it is because the Mexican deal is going upside down, then it would be very disappointing again.

There is a point where the Board has to look at the leadership and demand results. They may be great engineers and salesmen, but the CEO needs to produce results. If the technology is that great and not that complicated as they state, then why are there no results.

Like you said, March will be a telling sign if they can deliver product by the end of April.
