They don't have to disclose financials for the period of pain we are experiencing now until May when this quarters filing is done. But for the period ending in Dec they should report some things like more dispersion of stock for cash. They average shares traded over the last 30 days is 600k. That is close to 20 million.

The ELOC limits each distribution to 300% of the average traded volume. Even at 600k that would only be 1.8 million and are average trading volume started out closer to 200 to 300k over 30 days. The ELOC also limits frequency of distribution to once every 10 business days. So the math of that doesn't justify the recent increase in liquidity.

I think the investor who bailed when he was only 10% down was smart. This company is up to deceptive practices again. We are getting very little information and when we do it is fluff timed with the dump of shares so the best the fluff can do is make the drop in price slightly less than it might of dropped with no more misleading information from the company.
Compare that to fall of 2016 when they promised and followed through on monthly blog updates on the progress of finishing up their product. Which they declared they had succeeded at in Jan 2017. Now hear we are in Mar 2018 still without a marketable product and no updates or information.

I am coming to believe the entire 'deal' with the farmers was bogus from the start. If you do the math with the allowed 60 days for them to complete it, then 60 days that takes up to Feb 2. Then add another 60 days for the farmers to review it, adding those two puts you out to Apr 27. Then there is a requirement that CoolTech gets a month to setup for production which means there is no way they could meet the supposed contractual requirement of starting production in Apr when the same contract allows the deal to languish until late Apr. Maybe they did that on purpose so the farmers could declare the contract void because the entire thing was set up just to put out a PR in the hopes the PR about sales in Dec would generate interest in the stock. If this was the case we will putter along with never another word spoken about this deal once it is obvious it didn't go through. They probably thought they could buy a few months time for something to happen or maybe they thought enough investors would fall for it and the price would increase enough for them to cash in big $$ on their ELOC.
