The ELOC limits to no more than 300% the average volume every 10 days. This dilution is way above that so it is something other than the ELOC. It could be a promissory note sold to that Lucas jerk as he gets notes then immediately dilutes. We won't know that until the 10K which will be mid-march if they are on time or end of march otherwise. That could be the next information we get from them then nothing until who knows when because if they fail to make a sale they will NOT announce that we will just transition out of April into May with no news.
