Reading the statement from interview:

We have the necessary funding in place to produce all of the 269 purchase commitments for MG systems valued at over 22 million dollars

What do they mean by necessary funding, ability to fund by dilution after removing .06 ELOC floor?

Which was stated on the blog that if and when they use it, it will be when stock is at a price that makes financial sense. I don’t think .04, a 50% stop since first announcing recent deals is a price that makes financial sense.

These statements along with others are reasons i averaged down, and was even excited up to a week ago, that maybe we were at a turning point. Here we are closer then ever to bringing a product to market and stock is near all time low. I’m feeling doomed and tricked. Chill with the damn dilution, or tell the truth.
