You are missing my point. IMO if they get the authorized shares it increases their chances of being bought at a higher price. If a BP is interested in buying ADXS and see the shares were not authorized, they could think "Why would we buy ADXS now when in a year they will be running low on cash and have no financial flexibility so will be more desparete to accept a lower offer."
