That doesn't make any sense. If a BP will buy ADXS, it will be because of the science and it's potential. Once they decide they want to buy, they're not haggling over it like they're buying a washing machine at Sears. Can you imagine the lost opportunity if they decide to 'wait' for one year and some other BP (may be a competitor) decides to scoop it up.
Your logic doesn't make any sense. That's not how BP with billions and billions in their coffers think. The mega-billion potential of ADXS should pale in comparison to saving a few million by 'waiting'.
Guess we have to disagree. I see the cash raise as one which lowered the SP by 25% and thus lowers the potential buyout price. IMO I think likely BP isn't very interested in ADXS, even at $100M they still don't show any interest.
