He would lose if he goes to court and cant get a quick settlement. Restaurants have the right to refuse service to anyone, as long as its not on the basis of race, color, religion, or national origin. This is for the USA, but i assume Canada is the same... and the server was not white. I hate to inject race into this more than it already has, but how often do Hispanics, Blacks, Asians, etc get hit with racism?
His only angle is the racism card and the employee wasn't white. You do the math.... He doesn't want this to go to court
