Yes, could happen any day before the merger is finalized. In my view, NewCo/WMIH will do business with owners of the former WaMu Estate which are investors who invested in former WaMu equity and signed timely releases before 3/2012.

Then these investors received NewCo/WMIH shares and Escrow ShareMarkers in exchange for those stay-out-of-jail cards which are commonly called releases.
