Large Green, how do we have a share exchange event when WMIH has already cut a deal with Nationstar? So the Nationstar folks can get $18/share or ~12 WMIH shares..... If we have an exchange event, WMIH will have even more shares... So then do they redo deal with Nationstar? When would an exchange event like this occur? It would have to be before merger, correct?
