Q for other longs: What CRM feature do you like the most?

Enough people are saying they instantly find the technology very compelling and kind of a 'no brainer' that it is going to be a game changer that those must be genuine reactions and not just hype. My problem is that for CRM usage I have a hard time seeing it that way.

And I've been here for over a year. I know this investment VERY well. I do like the walkout tech for mobile use - but I see that more as good for promotional stuff and the interactivity as good for ITV but have struggled some with seeing what the appeal will be for CRM. Maybe all that matters is it is a new way and that's all it will take for the marketers to use it (ie it doesn't really matter if it 'wows' the end recipient). But the things is everyone seems to be saying that they ARE wowed by it. So, in what way are you wowed the most - that would be used for CRM?

I'm asking about CRM use. What feature is the most compelling to you and why do you see that as better than the alternatives? Can you give a simple example too - ie I like the download feature to get a gift card, or the phone 'call back' feature, etc..)?

I ask because without revenues all I have to go on is faith and hope, and since I don't have as much as you guys (I have faith in management but need more in the product) - I'm asking for some help here.

Please just tell me your personal thoughts/reactions to it. I already know about Oracle and others but the way I see it if those are going to succeed ultimately it has to engage the end user - who if they are 'wowed' by it - it really will be a game changer.
