Interesting as I just saw another group doing something similar for hydrogen. They were tying the purchase with use of a crypto currency entherium. The funds are to be used to build out the business and hydrogen infrastructure. Not sure how Sceptor proposes to do this and how to value the currency. Will it be pegged to the metals? Will it be a hedge? Would this tend to moderate the volatility?
