I don't know ron, and don't don't care about him because he will have nothing to do with this company. He will own the shares he currently has, just as you or I will own the shares we have.

Why would he spend that much to clean up the books? He bought at .0001 so he expects the price to be substantially higher. By cleaning up the books and having a real company placed in the shell, he should do pretty well for himself.
