OK, thanks. In that case I have no explanation why OTCMarkets has not downgraded (yet) SIGO from its OTCQB market tier. Do you have an explanation? In your original post you "implied" it had something to do with the $12,000 annual fee for an OTCQB listing.

So if that fee was paid last year (in Feb. 2017), then my explanation of "they might be waiting until the end of Feb. 2018" might still hold water??
