None of the fees listed in that Agreement relates to the OTCQB status of Sunset. In fact the term "OTCQB" doesn't appear in the document.
One doesn't have to read the document to prove that....a simple browser search will do.

Your theory related to monthly fees*** doesn't appear to hold water. You asked "What do you think?" There you have it.
