I don't understand why people are still confused about the elimination of the absolute priority rule and 75/25 distribution rule between classes 19 and 22 in POR 7? We are now in together and either we both get nothing or if we get anything then it's 75/25 distribution until the end. If the APR is still in place then class 22 does not even get any WMIH shares at conversion.

We will get monthly or quarterly checks for a long time and not a lump sum and it will be a while until P will get its $1000 per share. Initially we may receive some cash if JPM returns the money it received for servicing our loans but that's a Big IF.
