I think the parent company saw value and agree with you. I'm just not cerise the raise by their subsidiary will come to this subsidiary. If I were only invested in EMHTF, I'd be upset if my SS was being affected to fund something I don't directly own. Maybe I'm seeing this wrong.

I'm invested here mainly because of my confidence in the Emerald team.
