Please provide your credentials for providing an opinion on audit lengths? Are you familiar w accounting timeframes? I am not an expert but if you do have some expertise or experience, please indicate that.

From my understanding, the length of time this type of audit has taken is completely normal, given the multiple subs, amount of revenue and expenses, and fact that it is a first time audit.

I believe someone else on the board had posted previously that they had first hand experience w these types of audits, and that everything seemed to be unfolding fairly predictably.
