You may be right - but this scenario's high level of risk and uncertainty, and wading through the sludge of government bureaucracy is resulting in this heavy beat-down of current SP.

However, if Missling truly knows that he has the goods, then I'm sure that his focus is also on much more than quick $$$.

Things are awfully quiet, so it appears something is brewing behind the curtain – we're only left to speculate.
