Ain't gonna happen, not just yet. Missling is fully aware of the additional leverage that one, two, or more successful trials will give him at the bargaining table.

Don't forget, he is a major shareholder who is in tight with the founder of the company. This isn't a VC funded venture looking to grab a few more marbles and go home.

Missling has a personal stake both in equity and the fact that loved ones have been taken away from him prematurely by Alzheimer's. Realistically speaking, he has to know that he is at heightened risk himself.

At some point the game goes way beyond $$$ and I think Missling is fully aware of this.
