Here is my take. If I was Roger and I issued a deadline that the auditors missed I would not have released another PR stating another deadline, even if it reads "expecting." Therefore, shareholders should and will be disappointed if it isn't delivered. I have most of my holdings in this company and will continue to do so. I am also patient and will not be deterred if we don't uplist or the audit isn't completed by tomorrow. However, people do have a right to be upset and disappointed after the 2nd estimated deadline isn't met.
